White WinesWe are offering White Wines which is produced by fermented crushed grapes using different kinds of yeast. Grapes have a natural quality which helps it to ferment without adding sugars, enzymes, nutrients and acids. The overpowering nose is a reminder of the warm climate of the area, the strong aroma of bell peppers blends well with soft aroma of cherries and blackcurrants, Bliss Shiraz feels velvety to taste with a distinct peppery flavor that lingers in the mouth Note: Our wines are produced from grapes picked from selected vineyards that are not irrigated and use environmentally friendly vineyard practices. This, coupled with carefully controlled fermentation and modern production equipment, make these wines among the most exclusive and highly valued wines in the Republic of Macedonia. The white wines produced by our winery are Rhein Riesling and Chardonnay, and the red wines are varietals Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Vranec.
